AZD Closed Loop Absolute Type Stepper Motor Drivers (DC Input)
The AZD (DC Input) pulse input driver offers closed loop control, substantially reduces heat generation from the motor and by incorporating the newly developed Mechanical Absolute Encoder technology, absolute-type positioning is available, without battery back-up or external sensors to buy. Advanced operation and function control is also included through our MEXE02 software (free download). The AZD driver contributes to quick positioning operations over a short distance while providing smooth performance.

ARD Closed Loop Stepper Motor Drivers (DC Input)
The ARD (DC Input) pulse input drivers substantially reduces heat generation from the stepper motor through the use of high-efficiency technology. In addition to implementing the closed loop control based on Oriental Motor's original AlphaStep technology, the ARD drivers also achieves up to 40% less power consumption, low vibration, improved angle accuracy and is capable of driving large inertia loads. There is no hunting or gain tuning.
